Maria Damanaki
I was born in Germany and moved to Ioannina city, Greece, at the age of 9. My childhood was marked by a series of relocations, including Rethemnon city at 18 and Athens at 19, a journey reminiscent of my later professional path.
My academic journey led me to study Interior Design at the Technological Institute of Athens, where I specialized in Textile Design and Ceramics Design. However, my creative pursuits didn’t stop there. I briefly explored Theatrical Costume Design before eventually establishing my own Interior Architecture & Design office in late 1999.
In parallel with my design career, I discovered a passion for teaching, prompting me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Education at the Kapodistrian University of Athens. As my professional journey unfolded, I found myself drawn to event planning. Initially, I ventured into organizing opening parties for the professional spaces I had designed. Subsequently, friends began entrusting me with decorating their weddings and christenings.
Seeking to expand my expertise, I pursued distance studies at the New York Institute of Art and Design, earning degrees in Wedding Planning and Event Planning. Now, almost two decades since the inception of my career, I find fulfillment in balancing the intricacies of event planning with the demands of interior design.
I find joy in integrating the knowledge and experiences garnered from each discipline. Drawing from my background in Interior Design, I infuse theatrical elements into my events, while incorporating eye-catching details and the concept of life into interior spaces, influenced by my work in Event Planning.

Initially pursuing studies in electrical engineering, Lefteris found himself captivated by the realm of digital printing and design. Fueled by his fascination, he founded Digifarm, a pioneering digital printing and design firm, in the late 1990s.
